Incepted in the year 2007 by a group of budding design professionals Top View Interiors (TVI) had a very humble beginning in the sleepy yet culturally rich Thrissur district of Kerala. Since then through sheer hard work and led by thoroughbred professionals TVI soon carved a niche for itself in the design landscape of Kerala and that of the neighbouring states. Having established a clear footing in India TVI soon started to make its presence felt in the middle east as well. The company has come a long way since then setting up many a milestone project on its way that took it to its present stature.The company takes pride in having successfully completed many a landmark project that has etched a mark in the architectural landscape of the state.
At TVI we treat every assignment as special, behind which we understand that the client has kept a lot at stake in terms of finances and varied resources. We have executed numerous interior design assignments in landmark apartment complexes such as Shobha City (Trissur & Bangalore) Skyline Builders, Ultima Builders etc to name a few.We have also undertaken commercial interior design for several organisations of repute which include firms like TRISCO, Energy Hair Studio. Commercial Interior Designing constitutes offices and showroom spaces in general.Apart from residential and commercial buildings another area that we specialize in is Exhibition Stall Designs. We are a force to reckon with in the Expo Stall Design business in Dubai and Hyderabad having put together many award winning stalls at these popular world class exhibition and MICE destinations.

The Work Flow at TOPVIEW INTERIORS

Our unique work culture kicks in the moment a client walks into our office with a project in mind. A detailed debriefing of his ideas is undertaken as the first step after which our team is briefed on the requirement. A detailed sketch and a budget analysis is then provided to the client for his views on it along with different options of materials that can put into use. Once the client approves designs, there is an option of creating a 3D walkthrough which will provide a tangible model of the project. Implementation and execution of the project is planned then and a Gantt chart provided to the client indicating clear deadlines. Client is consulted and their views recorded at every stage till the completion of the project ensuring maximum transparency in the whole process.
